Frequently asked questions
01
What do I need to join?
Creativity! Every medium is welcome; poetry, painting, dance, song-writing, we can’t wait to see it! • Support! We aim to lift each other up on our journeys. If you don't have anything to share thats completely fine too! We would love to have you and hear your opinions.
02
I'm not 100% sober, is that okay?
Absolutely! Anyone is welcome, the 'sober' in Sober Circle is about your values and outlook on life rather than a level of sobriety. If you consider yourself someone interested in the spiritual or emotional side of your practice, and want to learn more through others through sharing, this is for you!
03
Does my work have to be about spirituality or sobriety?
Not at all! You are welcome to bring anything you like to the groups, even if its still an idea - we would love to hear about it. There isn't a specific subject matter, nor does it need to be about spirituality or sobriety - they are just talking points, and factors that bring us together as a group
04
What kind of themes could we talk about regarding the work?
•How has using creative practices helped you?
